Weston-super-Mare Town Council (WSMTC) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and qualified companies to provide professional support to Town Council staff by providing Structural Engineering Services at various Town Council Buildings and Sites in Weston-super-Mare, the contract will be for an initial 3-year term with the ability to extend by a further two years by agreement.
The company will need to have proven and demonstrable experience in a similar environment and the wide-ranging skill bases to achieve the various elements of the contract which include Structural Inspections and Reports, Engineering Support with Town Council Projects, Supporting the Town Council with management of their portfolio, defect diagnosis and structural assessments.

Proven experience in working as part
Proven experience in working as part of a project team providing engineering support in connection with alterations and refurbishment schemes in Heritage Buildings and Public Buildings.
