Funding has been secured through a combination of the Sustainable Transport Enhancement Programme (Local Growth Fund) and the Sustainable Urban Development (SUD) fund (funded through the European Regional development Fund).
The scheme funding is being administered by the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.
