The brief

Wandsworth Council will be embarking on the procurement of extra care services in 2 schemes, Chestnut House (Roehampton) and Ensham House (Tooting) in 2025.

Following earlier soft market testing and stakeholder engagement, the Council has been developing a commissioning strategy for extra care services.

To further inform this, we would like to invite suitably experienced providers who currently deliver these services to a market engagement event, to be hosted virtually via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 8th October 2024 from 14:30 - 15:30.

At this event we would like to share our vision of the future service delivery model and seek to build on the commissioning approach in partnership with providers that meets the needs of our population, serves residents requirements, and supports quality services within Wandsworth.

This workshop will allow providers to input into our ideas on delivery models and strategic partnership working to finalise the commissioning intentions and the procurement strategy.

To participate, you must express your interest to attend by registering the name of your organisation and delegate names with email addresses via Atamis e-sourcing portal at https://lb-wandsworth.my.salesforce-sites.com/?searchtype=Projects Please note that attendance is limited to two people from each organisation.

Providers must register their interest no later than 12:00 (noon) on 04 October 2024.

Please note that participation (or non-participation) in dialogue will confer no advantage or disadvantage should the Council commence the procurement process for this service.
