Chorley Borough Council is inviting quotations for the Preparation of a planning application for delivery of a Gypsy and Traveller site at Cowling Farm, Moorland Gate, off Cowling Road, Chorley as detailed more fully in the Scope and associated documents appended separately to this ITQ.
The commission is scheduled to commence on 19th April 2021 and to be completed by 28th May 2021.
