The brief

351 High Street is a grade II* listed building on Historic England's Heritage at Risk Register.

It is vacant and has been for many years.

The owner, Featherstone Ltd, has carried out roof and window repairs and has partially implemented a listed building consent to reinstate stone steps and railings on the High Street elevation.

The rear ranges are most likely not curtilage listed but they do make a positive contribution of the character and appearance and thus also to the significance of the Star Hill Sun Pier conservation area.

They are also largely vacant and on the whole in poor condition.
