We are looking for a cost-effective digital magazine service delivered on a single shared digital platform which will be accessible to any registered Library Member (including non-resident members who work or study in or regularly visit the area) of the partner authorities via a dedicated website and app(s) as a minimum. Access is required to a wide range of fully unabridged UK published popular magazines suitable for a general public library audience, across a range of genres.

This request for participation in an early market engagement does not constitute any commitment by the authority to undertake any procurement exercise in the future.

This exercise includes no element of supplier evaluation.

No parties will be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond by the deadline.

There is no commitment of any kind involved on either side.
