The brief

The works to Cowley Estate Early Year's Hub comprise of extending and improving the existing playground area, which includes demolition of parts of the existing boundary wall to create access to the existing courtyard area.

New gates and decking are to be installed to improve the courtyard area.

It is anticipated that the work will be carried our whilst Cowley RMO building and the Annex are in use.
