The brief

BUILDING REGULATION CONTROL (SP1.5) BBVS are designing and constructing the HS2 Old Oak Common Station of behalf of HS2.

Stations are generally exempt from Building Regulations as they are regulated by the respective Statutory Authority requirements (E.G.

The scope of works involves a desk top study to provide an independent check of the HS2 standards including the production of 2 reports (with evidence) to: 1. highlight divergences where the HS2 standards diverge from Building Regulations 2. demonstrate compliance with Building Regulations Part L and Building CO2 emission rate (via energy modelling data eg BRUKL Output Document or similar) Suppliers may note the short tender period, BBVS are eager to select a supplier and begin the works as soon as possible.
