The University of Leicester wishes to enter into a contract for planned maintenance and repair of its local exhaust ventilation (LEV) systems.
The contract includes planned visits twice a year (August and January) to all assets and reactive maintenance for all assets in the event of any failures.
The initial contract is for 3 years from 1 December 2022 with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months by agreement between all parties until 30 November 2027.
