The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Suppliers") enter into a framework agreement to provide Housing Management and Maintenance Services.\r \r This tender is for the provision of housing management, intensive housing management and maintenance services, including tenancy, rent collection, arrears management, and maintenance for both day to day, voids and planned works which need to be carried out during the contract period.
It requires a 24/7 service 365 days a year call centre service for tenants so that both tenancy and repairs can be dealt with. \r \r Isle of Wight Town and Parish Councils are eligible to use this framework and may create their own Call-Off Contracts.
This is at the discretion of the Town Council or Parish Council, who may or may not require this service.
No guarantee can be made as to the usage of this framework by others.\r \r Other small Community Led Housing Organisations operating on the Isle of Wight may wish to use the services provided from this Framework but not as named organisations.
It is not currently possible to name them or identify a volume that might be purchased.
In the event that this is the case then the Isle of Wight Council reserves the right to procure and contract manage on behalf of those organisations.\r \r The successful bidder is required to be registered with the Regulator of Social Housing.
