Warrington & Halton Nhs Foundation Trust are seeking offers for the supply of chart recording paper.Medical Chart and Recording Paper is used with proprietary equipment to record the performance of patients undergoing various diagnostic tests.

It can either be used alongside the electrodes (ECG and stress tests) or during an ultrasound with the foetal scalp electrodes.

We have included a 12 month breakdown of the purchasing activity.Please include your prices, and a description of each product.

Please send one sample of each product or your equivalent.

Each sample will be evaluated in accordance with the following criteria.

Contract Award Criteria: The Contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer judged on Financial and Technical evaluation.

Tender evaluation is based on 50% Financial and 50% Technical.

Financial scoring ranks the tenders in terms of overall price.

The price is converted into a score as a percentage of the lowest bid.

The maximum price score is awarded to the lowest acceptable bid.

Other tender prices are scored in proportion to the maximum score.

Technical scoring will be assessed using the following scoring and weighting system.

The tender panel will score each product against the requirements (on a scale from 0-5).

Each criterion is weighted according to its importance to the performance of the contract.
