Milton Keynes Council wishes to set up a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Planned Maintenance and Improvement Works to Buildings within the Borough of Milton Keynes.
It is envisaged that various works will be covered as defined in the Lots below:- Lot 1 - General Building Projects for works orders less than GBP 25000 Lot 2 - General Building Projects for works orders between GBP 25000 and GBP 250000 Lot 3 - Disability Bathroom Installation and related work Lot 4 - Stair Lift Installation and related work Lot 5 - External Redecorations Lot 6 - Installation and maintenance of hard wired smoke detectors Lot 7 - Laundry Machine Servicing and Repairs (with possibility of replacement) Lot 8 - Entry Communications systems repair and maintenance work (with possibility of replacement)
