Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AG CSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands & East (West Midlands) and NHS Coventry & Rugby CCG would like to invite potential Providers to attend a Market Engagement Event which will inform the market of the intention to procure Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) for Brownsover Medical Practice in Rugby.
The contract arising from this procurement will be between the successful Provider and NHS England (National Health Service Commissioning Board) and NHS Coventry & Rugby CCG as delegated commissioners on behalf of NHS England.
AGCSU is managing this Procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the \"Regulations\").
It is anticipated that this procurement will follow an open process consisting of an ITT stage.
The provision of the services will enable the Commissioners to improve Primary Care Services in relation to primary care access , provide care closer to home, improve patient experience, promotion of health and well-being and early intervention and prevention.
Improving patient outcomes are focal points of the procurement of healthcare services within NHS Coventry & Rugby CCG.
As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder for a period of 5 years, with a service commencement date of 1 December 2018.
TUPE will be applicable to this contract.
The contract value over the contract period will be confirmed at the Market Engagement Event.
The ITT documentation will be available through the Arden & GEM CSU procurement portal http://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk from 19 March 2018 for all completed ITT bids to be submitted by 10.00am on 16 April 2018.

The Market Engagement event will give Providers; - An overview of Service to be provided - Provide details of the contract type, length and particular conditions - Explain the procurement process and the anticipated timelines Places are strictly limited therefore reservations are restricted to no more than 2 persons per organisation.
