The Wandsworth and Richmond Assessment Point (WRAP) for Winter Warmth and Fuel Poverty Service is to be delivered within the London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth.
The service aims to address fuel poverty and contribute to reducing winter mortality (among people at risk from cold weather) as well as helping to improve the health and wellbeing of Richmond and Wandsworth residents accessing the service via a community action activity conversation.
