The brief

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is pleased to offer an opportunity for suppliers to provide Cyclical and Reactive Maintenance -works to the Royal Borough of Greenwich Commercial Estate (circa 760 buildings), as advertised on Find a Tender Service (FTS) platform, Contracts Finder and Greenwich e-tendering portal.\r \r The awarded contracts will be for the period of 5 years with the opportunity to extend for a further 3 years in one year increments.\r \r Our portfolio of buildings vary both in size and nature and includes work to Historic listed buildings.\r \r Bidders may only bid (and be awarded) for one Lot and it is therefore important that you identify within your bid which Lot you are interested in.\r \r The Term Maintenance Opportunity is split into 5 Lots as follows:\r \r Lot 1 - Electrical including:\r \r • Building site electrical supplies\r • Standby power systems such as generators, battery packs, etc. \r • Television, AV systems, and receivers. \r • Inspections, testing, and surveys.\r • Electrical supplies for automatic doors, gates, barriers, and shutters. \r • Lightning protection systems \r • Electrical wind turbines \r • Electric vehicle charging points. \r • Voltage optimisers \r • UPS\r • Photovoltaic panel systems \r • Standby power generators \r \r Lot 2 - Fire Management Systems including:\r \r • Hard-wired fire detection systems.\r • Wireless fire alarm detection systems.\r • Gas Suppression systems.\r • VESDA systems.\r • Fire beam detector systems.\r • Fire curtains.\r • Sprinkler systems. \r • Fire hose reels. \r • Fire extinguishers \r • Fire Safety Signage\r • Fire Alarm Remote Monitoring \r \r Lot 3 - Security Systems including:\r \r • Access control systems.\r • Automated doors and gates. \r • Automated barriers. \r • CCTV systems. \r • Intruder Alarm \r • Intruder Alarm Remote Monitoring \r \r Lot 4 - Mechanical Gas Based Systems including:\r \r • Building site Mechanical Supplies\r • Inspections, Testing and Surveys.\r • Gas services \r • Mechanical Pumps.\r • BMS \r • Plumbing Works.\r • Combined Heat and Power (CHP) \r • Low Carbon Technology Feasibility Studies \r \r Lot 5 - Mechanical AC Based Systems including:\r \r • Fixed Mechanical Installations.\r • Temporary Mechanical Supplies.\r • Building site Mechanical Supplies\r • Inspections, Testing and Surveys.\r • Air Handling Units Large and Small.\r • Chillers.\r • Ventilation.\r • Air Source Heat Pumps.\r • Air Conditioning.\r • Low Carbon Technology Feasibility Studies\r
