The current process is a mixture of use of stamps and franking.
Various collection arrangements are in place and a significant amount of time is devoted to franking, resorting and administration.
The number of items sent out by the Trust equate to around 1.5 million units p.a. from approximately 100+ sites.
The Trust would like to hear from prospective providers who can demonstrate that they have the appropriate expertise and capacity to provide postal services.
