BFI Digitisation, Restoration and Laboratory Services Framework

The requirements are for digitisation and restoration of archival content across all formats.

To help achieve these objectives the BFI intends to implement a framework agreement.
Tenderers are invited to bid for as many of the individual separate Lots as they wish.
Successful tenderers can be appointed to a combination of one Lot only or a combination of Lots.
The current estimated value for each individual Lot for the duration of the Framework Agreement is as follows: Lot One – Film Scanning Services - £1M to £1.5M.
Lot Two – Video and Audio Services - £300,000 to £350,000.
Lot Three – Photochemical Services - £300,000 to £350,000.
The number of tenderers to be awarded to each individual Framework Lot is envisaged to be between 2 and 6.
Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
