The brief

**THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION** [Updated 06/06/2025] Leicester City Council (the Authority) on behalf of the Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland ICB wishes to commission an Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) pre and post diagnosis support offer for adults aged 18+ (the 'Service').

The Service will offer support to adults aged 18+ with either a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

The primary function of this Service will be to offer a comprehensive programme of support, which includes a robust offer of Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to those who either self refer or are signposted to the Service.

Following the Soft Market Test that took place from 27/03/2025 to 11/04/2025, it is anticipated, dependent upon the following 2 engagement exercises, that tenders for this service would be sought in August 2025, to enable a new contract to begin during the first week of September 2025.

Please note, however, that the exact date of when tenders would be sought is subject to change.

The Authority is undertaking the first engagement exercise that is a networking event as part of the commissioning process but it is NOT a procurement exercise.
