The brief

As part of this market engagement, Southend-on-Sea City Council (the Council) invites electronic responses from organisations who are positioned to successfully provide the Council's Parks Tennis Programme.

The Parks Tennis Programme needs to be provided to the highest quality, delivering a strong community focus, whilst maximising the potential usage at each of the sites.

There are eight park tennis sites (the Sites), consisting of a total of nineteen tennis courts.

Two of the sites, providing seven tennis courts in total, have floodlights.

The Council in partnership with the Lawn Tennis Association have financially invested in each of the eight sites.

All court surfaces, line markings, fencing, gate access systems and associated facilities are in good condition and available solely for tennis usage.

More information relating to the Sites can be found in the accompanying documentation.
