Subject to receiving a suitable number of responses from suitably qualified economic operators, Southend-on-Sea City Council wish to implement a multi-provider framework agreement for the supply of Bedding Plants and Plugs (The Framework Agreement).
The Framework Agreement is to offer the Council the opportunity to place Call-Off Contracts for the compliant procurement of the required goods and related services .
Any Provider registered to the Framework Agreement will be offered the opportunity to take part in any process which is run in the letting of those Call-Off Contracts, subject to the requirements of the Framework Agreement being met.
