141-SNBD-23 Preparation of Design Code and Assessment Framework for South Norfolk Council and Broadland District Council - AWARD

South Norfolk Council and Broadland District Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to prepare an interactive design code and design assessment framework to improve the quality and consistency of design across the two individual Local Planning Authority areas.

These Districts of Norfolk are becoming better connected and already offers an attractive and beautiful place to live and work.

The Councils are also the focus for housing and commercial growth across the Greater Norwich sub-region.

The successful consultant will, therefore, through the production of a design code and assessment framework, have a great opportunity to help improve and enhance the area through creating healthier and more sustainable neighbourhoods as part of the delivery of this planned growth.
