Southwark Council is exploring options to developing future service delivery models for the provision of enforcement services relating to several issues concerning some, or all of the following areas: • Littering e.g. cigarette butts, crisp packets, food packaging • Graffiti • Unauthorised distribution of free printed matter • Enforcement of timed waste collections • Dog Fouling • Illegal Street Trading • Urination in the street The Council is keen to engage with leading and reputable providers in the design of this model.
We would like to hear from any organisations who are currently providing these services to further understand: • Interest in working in Southwark • Views on operating models • Pricing • Preferred contractual arrangements, and • Potential challenges, issues and/or risks This notice includes a questionnaire (appendix A) which can be completed by any size of organisation wishing to engage and assist the Council in this market insight stage.
