The brief

1, Description: Defence Munitions Beith hereafter referred to as the 'Authority' has a requirement for the Supply of three (3) varieties of Flow Meter Turbines which form a key component of the Spearfish Torpedo Test and Measuring Equipment.

The Authority has provided a full Statement of Requirements including full specifications and NATO Stock Numbers within the invitation to Tender (ITT) pack.

Tenderers must submit a request to the designated Commercial Officer Jack Morgan (Jack.morgan163@mod.gov.uk) to receive the Technical Drawings SESM/14/011, SESM/14/012 and SESM/14/013 as referenced within the Statement of Requirements via email.

The remainder of the ITT documents are available via the instructions below at section 5 2, Key Criteria: • Supplier must be ISO 9001-2008 Certified • Each Flow Meter Turbine shall be Calibrated and Certified to ISO17025 Traceable to National Standards.

3, Clarification Questions: Clarification questions may be submitted to the designated Commercial Officer up until the clarification question deadline as contained within the Section 1.1.5 of the ITT, all questions will be answered by the deadline also set out in Section 1.1.5.

Tenders must be received before the submission deadline to be considered for this requirement.

All Clarification questions will be anonymous, however the Authority's answers to clarification questions will be shared with all potential tenderers which have requested electronic copies of the Technical Drawings SESM/14/011, SESM/14/012 and SESM/14/013 via email for the purpose of fair and equal treatment of all interested parties.
