You are invited to submit a quotation for rebuilding of two fire destroyed chalets and redecoration of three fire damaged chalets at the address above.

The Council reserves the right to reject a quotation that does not fully comply with these instructions.
Your quotation must be completed in English and must be submitted no later than 12:00 Midday Friday 29th April 2016.
All completed quotations must be delivered to the following address; South Walks House, South Walks, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1UZ Your quotation must be completed in full and where necessary signed and dated.
You must be aged 18 years or over to be eligible to submit a quotation.
Failure to return a completed quotation will invalidate your submission.
If for any reason you are unable to submit a quotation then please notify the Council.
Any quotation submitted will be deemed to remain open for acceptance or non-acceptance for not less than 90 days from the closing date stipulated above.
The Council may accept the quotation at any time within this prescribed period.
The Council shall, however, not be bound to accept the lowest or any quotation.
The standard terms and conditions of the Council together with JCT 2010 Minor works contract will apply to all orders placed as a consequence of this process.
The standard terms and conditions will be accompanying the tender documents; any Special Conditions will be set out in the Specification.
