Highcliffe Castle Temporary Catering Provision
BCP Council are seeking quotes for the provision of a mobile catering solution at Highcliffe Castle.
The anticipated start date for this contract will be February 2024.
It is anticipated that the contract will end between May and July 2024.
The contract is expected to run until the new Tea Rooms provider is able to open following completion of an ongoing tender process.
Service is required 7 days a week between the hours of 10am-4pm at a minimum.
The service must provide as a minimum: • Hot drinks including freshly made barista coffee e.g. flat white/cappuccino • Cold drinks including fruit juices, fizzy drinks and bottled water • Lunch items including, sandwiches, paninis, soup etc • Options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dietary requirements • Sweet treats including cakes and pastries • Options for children • Ice cream
