" Semantics and a lesson learned regarding the use of the CCS framework that the main contract was called off, has led to the need to add a bespoke contract under this agreement - we can`t use the CCS framework to access this supplier for those services but we can use the YPO framework to compliantly direct Award to Hays.
This approach will ensure that we comply with regulations, the scope of each framework and also ensure that we deliver the strategy and contracts that DDTS approved.
Similarly to the main agreement, while this contract is primarily established for DDTS, it can be used for other organisations within the whole Defra group with agreement from Commercial / the DDTS lead.
