The London Borough of Redbridge ("the Authority") invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations in relation to the Contract for the Provision of Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services for the Development of 17-23 & 22-26 Clements Road, Ilford ("the Contract").
