Metropolitan is seeking to appoint up to three (3) delivery partners for the provision of the following: •Apprenticeship Programme •Training and Flexible Support services •Social Enterprise Programme/Business Start-up Metropolitan connects with customers by working together to identify the issues that are most relevant to them and the activities that will bring them the most benefit.

By doing this, we aim to understand their aspirations, and to help them onto pathways to develop their potential.

We work to improve the quality of life of our customers by strengthening and developing sustainable communities.

The thematic areas in which we focus on developing and delivering services are: •Customer Involvement •Employment and Training •Financial Inclusion •Advocating Independence •Sustaining communities •Health and wellbeing •Developing Young People Our Neighbourhood Investment Strategy underpins the values that we work to and direction that we take in delivering services.
