NEC Contract Software
The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) Property and Facilities Management (P & FM) have awarded a number of NEC 3 Term Service Contracts using the mandatory FM framework -Crown Commercial Services Framework (RM1056).
The contracts in place will need to be managed adhering to the principles of the NEC3 contract therefore, providing a high quality and efficient work flow management of the NEC3 contract being paramount to P&FM.
Improvements in workflow management are expected for the NHSBSA organisation, our suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to the principles of NEC3 whilst also being cost effective.
