Shaping homelessness pathways and provision on the IOW
On the IOW we are passionate about providing the best services to all households that find themselves with no place to call home.
We need your help.
We want to develop our supporting people programme to ensure services are timely, effective and personalised to meet the IOW's homelessness need.
Your voice and opinions will contribute to and inform our future model, helping ensure interventions and homelessness pathways are as close to future perfect as possible.
We have commissioned Oxford Brooks university to facilitate various workshops scheduled over two day period in June and would welcome your attendance and contribution.
By informing and developing pathways from street to home, we will help reduce the trauma associated to homelessness.
A provider workshop (current and future) will be held on the 13th June 2019 between 13:30-16:30 Venue- Eight Bells Function Room, Carisbrooke, IOW.
To register your interest and willingness to attend please register with ProContract (if you haven't already), register your interest in the project and confirm your attendance through the messaging facility.
