The brief

St Luke's C of E Primary School is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to undertake their school meals catering provision.

The successful company will be required to provide healthy balanced meal options in line with recognised guidelines.

The successful company will be innovative and be able to demonstrate commitment to the continuous improvement of the style and quality of the catering service provided, increasing and maintaining a high take up level that meets customer needs.

It is anticipated that the new arrangement will commence from 1st September 2018.

School closes for summer holidays on Friday 20th July 2018 and will reopen on Tuesday 4th September 2018.

The successful bidder will be given access to school, during the summer holiday period, in order for school meals to be offered from 4th September 2018.

The expiry date of the contract will be 31st July 2019 with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.
