The current onsite server based system is 20 years old and no longer fit-for-purpose due to its unreliability (caused by internal architecture issues), dated user interface and additional effort spent on workarounds.
Legal Services are seeking a reliable, accessible, secure, compliant and scalable cloud based solution that will enable continuation in a quality service.
