Provision of kitchen duct and ventilation system cleaning

The company, a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts, has social values at its core.
We are seeking to appoint a professional, competent and suitably experienced contractor to carry out kitchen duct and ventilation system cleaning services across our core customer's kitchen sites, on a scheduled basis.
The successful contractor's kitchen duct and ventilation system cleaning service must: 1) deliver a standard of cleanliness that conforms to latest Building Engineering Services Association Guide to Good Practice - Internal Cleanliness of Ventilation Systems (TR19) and subsequent revisions; and 2) comply with Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Government Buying Standards for Cleaning Products and Services; and 3) adhere to latest Food Safety Act and all relevant health and safety legislation requirements; and 4) include the removal of the most common cause of fires within a kitchen environment, by removing grease and carbon deposits from all component parts of the duct and ventilation system; and 5) on completion of the cleaning and system cleanliness testing, a full report (including pre and post clean measurements, photographic records and recommendations for future cleaning requirements) must be submitted within the timeframes stated in the procurement documents.
