This Prior Information Notice is to obtain market views on the provision of an Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme.
These include services, such as, but are not limited to: Occupational Health -Chief Medical Officer Advice to advise on policy and health strategy development; -Staff Vaccinations -Telephone support for senior management and HR staff to deal with employee related medical matters; -Maintenance of medical records; -Online case management; -Management referrals; -Health assessment and other questionnaires; -Health surveillance and wellness screening; and -Further medical evidence.
Employee Assistance -Face to face counselling for employees and international delegates; -24 hour access to telephone counselling; -Management consultation and referrals; -Critical incident support; and -Telephone access to financial information, debt counselling information, legal advice and Citizen Advice Bureau equivalent information services.
Interested parties are advised to note that this will be a nationwide exploration which covers the following geographic areas: UK, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.
Additionally, please note that we have provided a market research Pro Forma that we advise all interested parties to complete in full.
This Pro Forma shall be used as a mechanism for Red Cross to increase its knowledge of the potential supply market, develop its sourcing plan and assist the Red Cross in their future approach to Occupational Health and Employee Assistance.
