Expression of Interest - Housing Solutions Health Check for West Northamptonshire Council
West Northants Council would like expressions of interest to complete a review and provide written recommendations, in relation to the performance of our Homelessness and Housing Options services, as we go through a process of transformation and unification of services, following the creation of the unitary authority.
It will also inform our Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Review and Strategy.
The service review itself will be required to cover: • Accessibility of the service • The quality and provision of advice and guidance • Is the service person centred and preventative • The effectiveness of multi-agency and partnership working To enable a thorough assessment, we would anticipate the review is comprised of the following elements: • Mystery shopping • File Assessments • Focus groups with stakeholders and housing teams • Stakeholder/partner consultations • Service user feedback • Results Analysis & Recommendations Report The overarching considerations should be: • Provision of a statutory compliant high performance and quality service, consistently across West Northants • A cost effective and efficient service which provides added value • A customer focused service • Has linkages to wider service delivery • Best practice models Please see additional background and contextual information in the attached document.
We would like to invite expression of interest for potentially undertaking this work on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council.
Please limit the EOI to 2 sides of A4.
Your expression of interest will need to set out your experience, the methodology to be used to meet the requirements of the service health check, availability to undertake the work and an indicative of approximate costs.
Please return your completed expression of interest documentation via email to Procurement@westnorthants.gov.uk quoting "Ref: Housing Solutions Health Check" no later than close of business Friday 2nd December 2022.
