NWL135 Urban Design Consultancy Services

Tenders are invited for the supply of an Urban Design Consultancy Service, to provide formal consultation responses on all major planning applications.

The Council is looking to contract with a supplier who has the required expertise, knowledge and skills to provide consultation responses for planning applications and design responses to pre-application advice requests and provide design comments on the schemes as submitted and ways in which the schemes could be improved.

The supplier will also be required to help promote Urban Design across the district.

The contract period is 24 Months, and will commence on 13/7/2020 and end on 12/7/22 There is an option to extend the contract for a further 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance and business need, and at the sole discretion of the Customer.

The maximum contract period is therefore 36 months, with a final end date of 12/7/2023
