NMRN is seeking through this tender process to appoint a company to advise, plan, book and review media campaigns in Northern Ireland promoting HMS Caroline in Belfast as a national visitor attractions to residents and visitors.
Examples of our key objectives include: - To increase awareness to drive visitor footfall in the 12 month period commencing 1st April 2017 - To plan and execute a strong offline advertising campaign to gain cut-through to target audiences - To deliver impactful call to action campaigns affording as many opportunities to hear and see as possible - To target key audiences especially during the school holidays and half terms to encourage visits while living or visiting key destination hot spots
