The Growth Company (GC) welcomes Expressions of Interests (EOI) from organisations, including SMEs and VCSEs, with experience of supporting offenders.
The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) is commissioning a new, integrated rehabilitative service designed to support men aged 18+ in custody and the community.
This combined service replaces previously separate contracts and aims to reduce reoffending and improve life outcomes by providing tailored, person-centred support that builds individuals' capacity to engage with community resources and sustain positive change.
We are looking for organisations with particular interest in the following: • Community Link Work - Helping build new lifestyles and connections and linking into diverse resources and opportunities. • Accommodation - Support to find, move-into and sustain suitable accommodation. • Education, Training and Employment - Support with securing and sustaining suitable education, training or employment. • Finance, Benefit and Debt - Support with urgent financial issues, reducing debt, maximising income and develop financial literacy and capability. • Dependency and Recovery - Support to progress towards recovery from drug or alcohol use and gambling. • Building supportive relationships and social networks - This might include family relationships, friends, community groups and peer communities.
