BCP Council would like to invite suitably experienced, qualified, and established organisations to bid for the following tender opportunity: Workforce Development Team Training Framework The Workforce Development Team Training Framework is to establish providers who can meet the requirements of Adult Social Care - Learning and Development services across a wide range of topics and courses.

The context for Workforce Development Training focuses specifically on the following areas: • Mental Health • Medication Training • Legal Literacy • Health Training • Safeguarding • Therapy Training • Equality Diversity and Inclusion Training • Practitioner Knowledge and Skills • Moving and Handling • Specialist Training BCP Council is engaging in a procurement exercise for over 50 courses, due to the volume of the full programme and to assist suppliers, the tender opportunity has been split into 4 cohorts.

The full training framework will be tendered over the next 6-12 months.
