The brief

This is a Market Engagement Exercise and not a call for competition On FRIDAY 21st July 2023 .

Time: 10AM The Council is currently reviewing its services for unpaid carers Tower Hamlets.

Commissioners would like to meet stakeholders for an engagement session and also to gather information where appropriate.

This process is not a formal tender or other competitive process and will not result in the award of a contract.

Tower Hamlets Council is seeking to procure two services : 1.

Unpaid Carers Service : The Unpaid Carers' Service will help the council meet its Care Act duties to ensure carers have access to information and advice, conduct assessments of carers' needs, as well as providing additional support that is known to have a positive impact on their health and wellbeing.

2.

Unpaid Carers Emergency Service : The Unpaid Carers Emergency Service will provide flexible emergency support for carers at significant risk of a cared-for/carer relationship breakdown or experiencing a crisis.

To participate in this market engagement please express interest by no later than Thursday 21st July 2023 at 3pm.
