The brief

The London Borough of Southwark (the "Council") is inviting you to submit a tender in respect of the procurement opportunity to award a full repair and insuring lease (FRI) and management contract to operate the St Paul's Sports Ground ('St Paul's') in Rotherhithe.

The Council is looking for an appropriate organisation to manage the facility via a Lease and a Management Contract (collectively 'the Contract') for a period of 5 years starting on 01 June 2024 (the Contract Period').
