Provision of Managed Print Services

The Authority is seeking the provision of an End to End Print Managed Service as described in the CCS framework agreement RM6170 Print Management Services under Lot 2 Further Competition.

The scope of the services included within Lot 2 is described below: The scope of this requirement is to provide an end-to-end Managed Print Service for the Authority.

In summary the main requirements are: - Operational Print - Security Print - Provision of Printing Paper (reels / continuous boxed and cut sheet) - Bulk envelopes - Basic Design (in liaison with DVLA Creative Services studio) - Printing Accessories / Consumables such as labels / adhesive patches.

The Supplier should note that all personalisation of forms is completed in house by the DVLA unless otherwise agreed.

Notwithstanding requests from other departments, agencies or arm's length bodies for access to the full range of services, provided under Lot 2.

The services that will also be available under this agreement includes: - bulk printing - full range of print products (envelopes, labels, folders) - operational print (including brochures, leaflets, business cards, business stationary) - a range of alternative formats (such as easy read, large print, alternative languages, audio and braille) - secure print services and secure print items - print stock management and distribution - digital solutions and other methods of print output / delivery - pre-production services (typesetting, proofreading and translation services)
