Soft Market Testing - West Midlands Growth Company Office Fit-Out

West Midlands Growth Company (WMGC) is exploring an opportunity to soft market test through prior market engagement to establish expectations from the market when tendering for this type of service; this is not a call for competition.

WMGC will use the insights to develop its evaluation criteria so that submissions are marked objectively on a like for like basis.

An Invitation to Tender will then be issued via Find a Tender and our e-procurement portal In-Tend WMGC will move into its new office space in the Colmore Building in Birmingham in April 2022.

This space will need a fitout and office furniture supplied with a targeted completion date of 31st May 2022.

This is to allow us to host delegates and small scale events in our office space immediately prior to the Commonwealth Games, which aligns with WMGC's largest project that it is currently undertaking.
