The BFI has received an unsolicited approach from a potential funder with an offer to fund and provide full services for the design, build and partial fit-out of a new cultural venue in return for naming rights of the building, exclusivity of food and beverage in venue and partial repayment of the funding over a period of time if required.
This includes provision of the full design team and main contractor.
