Provision of Lead Research and Evaluation

Invitation to Tender Lead Research and Evaluation Consultancy Services - European Social Fund The Growth Company (GC) are currently delivering several projects funded by The European Social Fund.

We are looking for a provider of monitoring and evaluation services with the aim of developing an evaluation framework, and formative evaluation report, for three ESF funded programmes these are: • Supply of support for individuals who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) or at risk of NEET; • Supply of Skills Support to the Unemployed; and • Supply of Skills Support for the Workforce.

GC are committed to continuously developing and improving its services by better understanding the customer experience and learning how these services benefit clients.

As part of this commitment GC Employment undertakes regular evaluations of the services it delivers.

This provides valuable feedback for our teams and funders.

In accordance with European Social Fund requirements GC Employment wishes to undertake a series of evaluations of services in compliance with the Monitoring and Evaluation of European Cohesion Policy European Social Fund Guidance Document.

A supplier is sought to act as the Lead Research Consultant working in conjunction with The Growth Company - GC Employment.

The tender documents contains instructions and information for your tender submission, including specification of requirements, Supplier Questionnaire, and includes the key assessment and evaluation criteria and the Contract Conditions.
