The brief

Historic England is developing a framework and toolkit(s) for decision-makers and the managers of heritage assets considering how to respond to climate-driven threats to the assets in their stewardship or spheres of influence, from considerations of enhancement to those of partial or total loss.

The products will be user-focused and realistic in their resource requirements.

It is proposed to undertake this research to gather user needs for each of these products and to develop a series of personas or user task groups modelling a range of user types.

This will also help with product testing during the later stages of the project
