Bury Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider for: The Provision of an AVC Management Service SCOPE Bury Council is seeking the provision of fully managed solution towards a salary sacrifice scheme in respect of Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVC's).

The solution will include provision of a dedicated website, incorporating an administration facility to fully manage employee applications and salary sacrifice data, integrating the provider application process and creating payroll reports and AVC provider payment schedules.

The platform must be simple to use and be able to communicate the scheme to the workforce effectively.

The provider should ensure compliance and provide employees with a customer contact support mechanism to deal with any queries.
