The current database system in use for managing the service is scheduled to be withdrawn and so tenders are being invited for a replacement system that provides a software solution specifically designed for school, college, and SEN transport including integrated map based route planning functionality.
The total value of the contract over the initial 3 year period (excluding the possible extensions) must not exceed £80,000 excluding VAT.
Any tenders received above this figure will be deemed as non-compliant.
