The Provision of Army Digital Governance & Exploitation Support for a scalable Digital Change and Exploitation team of a core team of 4-5 roles, provided as a service, would be able to continue extant initiatives and provide accountable outputs.

Undertake discovery initiatives and develop and deliver guidance materials, advice, engagement and upskilling to key cohorts to unlock potential and to aid organisations in their own adoption and digital transformation journeys.
Realise Benefits.
Drive momentum and counter inertia, harnessing and exploiting broader complimentary initiatives to enable increased efficiency, effectiveness and Knowledge and Information access across the whole force and deliver greater flexibility and agility to organisations.
