Oxfordshire County Council require concentration maps of PM2.5 and NO2 covering the full extent of the county area for a baseline and a number of emissions mitigation scenarios.
This information will be used to populate the University of Birmingham's Air Quality Lifecourse Assessment Tool (AQ-LAT).
The work is made up of two work packages, the first being baseline and policy scenario modelling the second being further policy scenario modelling available as an option to the Council.
The Contract will commence on 30 September 2024 for a period of 15 months.
The Council has an option to extend the contract by a further 3 months.
